At Derimod, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items along with the original invoice into the original shipping box or any secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using the prepaid shipping label provided or the return code shared during the first step.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
